  Label Printing Machine
• 5 label printing lines including one 10 color (Gallus UV flexographic ) and a 7 color Gallus UV flexographic with latest automatic color registration and automatic pumping of colors to ensure 100% consistency of colors.

  Gallus is known to produce the world's best label manufacturing machines in terms of quality and speed and is a subsidiary of Heidelberg, Germany

• Gallus's state-of-the-art labeling machines provide high quality UV label printing, breath-taking speeds thereby producing the best sticker labels with reduced lead times
• Besides Gallus, company also has 7-colour high speed UV rotary label printing machines and two 4 colour label printing machines for small to medium run jobs which enables us to serve customers with long run as well as short run jobs.
• Company is in the process of adding another 10 color label printing machine which would considerably add to our already existing large capacity and enable us to offer a wide variety of self adhesive labels to all types of customers.

  We would be one of the very few label printing companies in India with more than 5 label printing lines.

• 3 AVT ( label inspection cum slitting ) machines imported from Omega , UK to check for defective or missing label if any and also roll form conversion of labels
• Separate quality control room with the latest QC equipments to check incoming raw material for their gumming, paper quality , ink quality , thickness , burst strength , peel strength ,base weight etc.
• Systems and process modeled on the lines of German printing Techniques
• Machines with auto color registration for 100 % consistency of color , AVT machine with 6K camera for the most microscopic text checking.
• 3 levels of QC for label printing.
• Very quick deliveries because of our doubling of capacity last year , 30 % newer & faster machines and very less job changeover time because of auto registration and auto pumping of colors.
• Numbering machines for front / backside serial numbering of sticker labels .
• Automatic core cutting machine imported from Omega , Uk for swift dust free label cores.
